Rivers presents what it meant to develop his PROCESO collection and some background information that constitutes the aesthetic character of his designs. With fixation on “the wound” as an mage, he began to materialize his ideas until he found the scab as the core concept of his project. That crust that forms on the skin as a protective layer for the regeneration of cells, a biological process in which the wound is pure latency( memory). With this premise as physical as it is intangible, Rivera Created garments in which rustic textures are seductive, they are textures that contains superstitions of indistinct times: accumulations(pain) They are garments as beautiful as they are tragic . They announce  an anachronistic baroque staged in a turbulent present. The textile weave and its sensual interludes are the result of handmade procedures: basketry, crocheting, darning. Rivero confesses here his devotion to craftsmanship, to those ancestral trades that adapt to other environments, like knowledge that migrates and hybridizes.
